年產10萬噸丙烯腈合成工段的工藝設計

摘要:本設計為年產10萬噸丙烯腈的合成段工藝設計,在設計中采用了丙烯氨氧化生產丙烯腈法,此法能有效的降低生產成本。在該設計中對丙烯腈的國內外生產現狀、性質、用途、生產方法進行了簡單的介紹。本設計重點設計計算丙烯氨氧化生產丙烯腈的反應部分。工藝條件包括反應溫度、反應壓力、接觸時間、原料純度,反應原理有主、副反應、催化劑。通過物料衡算對丙烯腈的年生產能力、原料液流量進行了計算。通過設計計算得流化床的濃相段總高是13米,濃相段直徑為4米,催化劑的堆體積為67.4立方米,稀相段高度為8米。稀相段直徑為6米,經過合成丙烯腈含量最終達到了3%,經精餾后丙烯腈單程收率為78%,達到了預期的目標。 關鍵詞:丙烯腈;丙烯氨氧化法;工藝流程;溫度

The Process Design of 100kt/a Acrylonitrile by

Synthetsis

Abstract: This is designed to 100kt/a acrylonitrile synthesis section process design, the design used in the production of acrylonitrile, propylene ammoxidation method, this method can effectively reduce production costs. In this design, the status of domestic and foreign production of acrylonitrile, nature, purpose, method of producing a simple introduction. The design focus design calculations propylene ammoxidation reaction part of the production of acrylonitrile. Process conditions include a reaction temperature, reaction pressure, contact time, purity of raw materials, a main reaction mechanism, side reactions, catalyst. Count of annual production capacity, raw material liquid flow acrylonitrile were calculated by mass balance. Dense phase fluidized bed section through the design calculated the total height is 13 meters thick with a diameter of 4 m section of the heap volume of 67.4 m3 of catalyst, dilute phase section height of 8 meters. Dilute phase section diameter of 6 meters, through the synthesis of acrylonitrile content eventually reach 3%, after one-way distillation of acrylonitrile yield of 78% ,to achieve the desired goal.
